Indiassms.com, a product of Logicview IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), follows a transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy for our SMS services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel their SMS service subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

• Once an SMS package is purchased and activated, it cannot be canceled or transferred to another account.

• In case of technical issues or service downtime, we may offer alternatives instead of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• Failed Transactions: If a payment is deducted but the credits are not added to your account.

• Service Unavailability: If our services are down for an extended period due to technical failures from our side.

• Unauthorized Charges: If a user is charged incorrectly due to a system error.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Used or partially used SMS credits/packages are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not provided for user errors, such as incorrect message content, wrong recipient numbers, or misuse of services.

• No refund will be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.

• Payments made towards promotional offers, discounts, or special plans are non-refundable.

5. Refund Request Process

• Users must submit a refund request via email within 7 days of the transaction.

• The request should include transaction details, payment proof, and a valid reason.

• Our team will review the request and process eligible refunds within 10-15 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend the user’s account.

• We encourage users to contact us first for a resolution before initiating any dispute with their payment provider.
